Wraparound Care
St. Stephen’s CE Primary Wraparound Care is open to children from Reception to Year 6 and offers breakfast club from 7.30am to 8.45am and afterschool childcare from 3.15pm to 5.30pm term time only.
The charges are as follows:

| 3.15pm to 5.00pm | £5.00 | Children can bring a small snack if they wish. It is preferable that children stay for the full session for which they have booked but parents will be given the mobile phone number of Wraparound staff which they should ring if they need to arrange early collection. It is important that children are collected no later than 5.30pm as additional charges will apply for late collection. |

We have previously not required parents to book for Breakfast Club and children were just allowed to turn up however, all children now need to be booked in advance for breakfast club and after school care. All sessions must be booked via Arbor and paid for at the time of booking. Breakfast club bookings can be made up until 7.00am on the day and after school bookings can be made up until 12.15pm on the day. In the event of an emergency or unexpected circumstances we can usually take last minute bookings but parents must contact the school office to check availability. These bookings will be charged to your child’s Arbor account and must be paid for on the day.
NB: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations for after school care bookings otherwise charges will still apply.
Children need to be booked in advance via Arbor on a termly or half termly basis for after school care however we do accept adhoc bookings for breakfast club.
